In 2002, the senior members of the AV®-rated* law firm Barrickman, Allred & Young, LLC, identified an unmet legal need in Georgia and other Southeastern United States.
Although mediation and arbitration were becoming increasingly common alternatives to traditional lawsuits as a way to resolve legal disputes, both individuals and businesses had a difficult time locating reliable, professional and affordable mediation and arbitration services.
As a result, BAY Mediation & Arbitration Services, LLC, was founded. Located in Atlanta, Georgia, BAY Mediation & Arbitration Services offers alternative dispute services both at its Atlanta offices and at other locations throughout the Southeast U.S.
