Henry M. Quillian III nationally litigates, arbitrates and solves commercial disputes in the Construction, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, Insurance, Technology and General Business Sectors. He has been voted by peers as a Top 100 lawyer in the list of Georgia Super Lawyers® each year since 2009. Henry consistently has also been selected as one of Georgia's "Legal Elite" by Georgia Trend Magazine and is AV®PreeminentTH Peer Review Rated1 by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. As past Chair of the Construction Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association, Henry has a depth of knowledge in the construction industry and has successfully handled multi-million dollar litigation across the nation and internationally. A Duke Engineering educated patent lawyer, he also litigates trademark, patent, trade secret misappropriation and personal injury product liability cases. He has successfully handled antitrust, insurance coverage, marble mining, RICO, shareholder rights, and covenant not-to-compete cases. He has served the Federal Bar Association as National General Counsel, as Atlanta Chapter President, and as National Younger Lawyers Chair.
