Kevin H. Hudson has achieved successful verdicts, judgments and awards on behalf of clients in hundreds of state and federal jury trials, arbitrations and administrative hearings. Kevin focuses on Construction Law, but his wide breadth of knowledge and experience covers Complex Commercial Litigation, Risk Management, Business Torts, Contract Disputes and General Business Law. He is the chair of his firm's construction practice and represents general contractors across the United States. Kevin also represents numerous banks and bank directors in all manner of actions, including defense of FDIC matters. He also handles select catastrophic injury matters, and, in that capacity has obtained numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Kevin has been named to the list of Georgia Super Lawyers® five times for his work in the area of Construction Litigation and Business Litigation. Kevin is AV®PreeminentTM Peer Review Rated1 by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and has written numerous articles and spoken at a number of seminars related to the Construction Law field.
