The offices of BAY Mediation & Arbitration Services are conveniently located near I-285 and GA-400, in Atlanta, Georgia, in a wooded complex with plentiful free surface parking. BAY has 15 fully equipped conference rooms, including several over-sized rooms able to accommodate large multi-party cases. All conference rooms contain flat screen TVs for presentations, internet access (including wireless), computer hook-ups, speaker phones, and DVD/VHS capability. Projectors and screens and teleconferencing via webcam are also available upon request.

BAY has a self-serve galley style kitchen with coffee, tea, soft drinks, water bottles and snacks available to guests any time throughout the day. Made-to-order meals are provided each day, as well as freshly baked cookies in the afternoons. Our responsive, friendly and courteous staff strive to make you and your clients as comfortable as possible no matter how long or short your visit with us.

Our neutrals are also available to mediate or arbitrate cases at other locations throughout Atlanta, the State of Georgia and the Southeast.
