One qualification shared by all our neutrals is experience. Our neutrals have all been practicing attorneys, arbitrators and mediators for at least a decade — as a group, we have more than 150 years of experience working as neutrals and attorney advocates, and we have served as neutrals in more than 800 mediations and arbitrations.
