Fees are the same for any additional time spent on document review, research, written findings of fact/law and other outside time, if any, necessary to prepare or make an informed award or evaluation.

For travel time charges for mediations held at locations other than at BAY’s offices in Atlanta, please contact BAY.
ALL CHARGES WILL BE SHARED EQUALLY AMONG ALL PARTIES, UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED IN WRITING. RATES MAY BE ADJUSTED FOR SPECIAL SITUATIONS. THE FEE IS TO BE AGREED UPON IN ADVANCE.
OUR CONTRACT FOR SERVICES IS WITH THE ATTORNEY(S). WE EXTEND CREDIT, WITH NO ADVANCE DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT, BASED ON THE ATTORNEY’S CREDIT. THE ATTORNEY, IN TURN, COLLECTS FROM HIS/HER CLIENT. THEREFORE, WE EXPECT PAYMENT FROM THE ATTORNEY(S) REGARDLESS OF CLIENT ACTIVITY.
*** A FINANCE CHARGE OF 1.50% PER MONTH (18% PER YEAR) WILL BE CHARGED ON BALANCES DUE OVER 45 DAYS.

Fred Green has over 25 years of experience as a trial lawyer, first as a criminal defense attorney, then representing whistleblowers in Federal False Claims Act cases as well as plaintiffs in personal and business injury cases. Since 2001, Fred has been a defense attorney at Goodman McGuffey LLP where he focuses his practice on the representation of employers, insurers, self-insureds and servicing agents in workers’ compensation cases, as well as defending attorneys in legal malpractice cases and bar grievance matters.
Prior to joining BAY, Fred mediated cases for more than six years at another well-known mediation practice where he focused on helping parties resolve their workers’ compensation cases. As a mediator, Fred is patient during the mediation process and is very effective at developing rapport with the parties which increases the likelihood of reaching resolution. He will mediate cases at BAY or wherever is convenient for the parties.
Throughout his career, Fred has spoken at numerous industry and client seminars in the areas of workers’ compensation, ethics and professionalism. Fred speaks proficient German and is AV®Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated¹ by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
